Can I tour the factory?

We welcome all clients to conduct a tour of our factory. You need to phone ahead and book an appointment with the customer care team. Please allow up to 45 minutes and make sure you wear covered- in shoes. Please phone the customer service team on (03) 5825 1243 to book an appointment.




What do I do if I run out of linen?

You will have an allocated delivery day/s.  We suggest that you order more than you need, for emergency situations or unexpected guests. In the event that you do run out of linen it is vital that you DO NOT wash our linen. We use special chemicals to get our stock clean and white and when you wash them it effects the pH levels in our entire wash. If you do run out of linen please phone the customer service team on (03) 5825 1243 who will be able to assist you.


What if I forget to order linen?

We offer a complimentary SMS that will be sent to your mobile before 10am the day prior to your scheduled delivery. If you would like to receive this service please let the office know on (03) 5825 1243. You can opt out of this at any time using a link on the SMS.
